As is the case around the 15th of every month, I so look forward to seeing Shanna and her staff at the Dekalb/Sycamore facility. This time I was 2nd in line and sure enough ,we heard the click of the door opening and as usual, there stood Shanna, the manager,( my personal stylist for years) greeting us with a "good morning' and a smile. The facility was beautifully decorated with fall colors, pumpkins, activities the customers could partake in and even the mirror in the restroom was decorated with electric orange lights. What a beautiful way to begin my day. As usual, as I look up at the reservation board, I do see "first available" quite often but also many reservations for Shanna. She has created quite a clientel for herself and SportsClips and like myself, I am sure many other season ticket holders do not hesitate to recommend Sports Clips to their friends. I see many of your marketing promos as I read my messages daily on my laptop. As a season ticket holder, many do not apply to me. A thought, At one time, Sports Clips offered for $3:00 extra a double/double while the shampooing was taking place. It has since been no longer available. As a "warm fuzzy" to Season ticket holders", this would be a way of thanking all of us for our dedication, commitment and loyalty. Maybe Sports Clips can come up with some other "warm fuzzy" ideas. Shanna is doing a fantastic job overseeing the daily operation of the DeKalb/Sycamore Sports Clips.

Everyone is very helpful, cheerful and always makes me feel welcome. Most remember my name and make a point of saying hi whether they are the ones cutting my hair or not. Angel does a great job as do all of the stylists. I used to go to another place but although this is a little bit further it is well worth the drive.
