First off, Donna is great. She is very friendly, and gives a great haircut. I select the MVP and I love the way she massages in the shampoo. Love the hot towel and massage wand. Donna also explained different styling products and which she recommends for my hair type. I have very fine textured hair so finding a good product is difficult. She used a product on me that she felt was great for my hair type. I love it so I bought some on the spot.
For me its the stylist. Naina is awesome! I have very tricky hair cause it is thick and I have multiple collik, so I struggle to find a stylist I trust.
I had gone to the p tree previous manager(young blonde polish girl)before and got one of the worst haircuts I had in years. When I returned Naina helped me and it was AMAZING! Took her time and was very polite and friendly!
