Shanna is an incredible stylist. I got about 3 months between cuts and she still remembers what we talked about previously. Very attentive. Great sense of humor. If it were possible I'd swipe right. LOL Giving a "9" is more of a joke between us, but she deserves a 20. BTW.... great choice to make her manager. Well deserved promotion.
Normally, the stylists are friendly and know the questions to ask so I get a good hair cut.

The hair stylist took such good care of my son. He wanted a specific style and wanted to know how to style it. She took the time and showed him how to style it and what product to use.

Stephanie is very patient with my son. She takes her time even when the store is busy and she needs to get other haircuts done. This last time she had to coax him to get his hair washed and then allowed him to sit in her chair after the cut and wash was done to calm down. My son has Down Syndrome and may have some level of austism.
