Honestly I have been a few times and if you find the right person for they do a pretty good job. Sarah at the Federal way store in Boise is always friendly and does a quality cut in a short amount of time. She is a good asset to your company.

Hailey is an incredible stylist and person. She approaches her work with such care and intention, it’s clear that cutting hair isn’t just a job for her, it’s an art. She is precise and gentle, always making sure I leave happy with my haircut. Beyond her technical skill, she brings a warmth and positivity that makes every appointment feel like a gift. No matter what might be going on in her own life, she consistently shows up with good energy and genuine kindness. I always leave her chair not only looking better, but feeling better too.
The wait time was clearly communicated and fit well with my schedule, which made the experience smooth from the start. The quality of the haircut was excellent, and the stylist/barber was friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaged in great conversation throughout the appointment. I would absolutely recommend this service to friends and family.
My son has Down syndrome and the stylists always treat him with kindness and respect. They focus on helping him look his best.

Jessica is extremely friendly and does a great job at being fast, efficient, and doing a great job. She also remembers personal details which fosters a personalized experience. She does a great job at making sure I have products and tells me about things that I might like (she got me to change pomade from something I had used for 10-years). She is a tremendous asset to Sports Clips.

Rinse & shampoo are hugely necessary for comfort after a haircut. Your employees do a fantastic job of clearing out the clippings.
