For me--it's convenient (only 5 minutes away) and the staff seems very enthusiastic about working with the pups ! Even tho we only go once/week or so, they greet him by name when he comes in..

They had a welcome sign for our pup our first day. Made us feel special. We did not have an appointment to trim Willy's nails and they were booked but they made it happen anyway. Loved they let him stay for the day for free to try things out. Very friendly and attentive and clean
