Friendly staff and convenient location!

Clean, close to where I live. I have no negatives but because of the mandatory two-hour nap time, I've asked the staff to keep my dog (Tess) moving at all times when she's in the yard. She tends to lie around too much for my liking...plus she can do this at home, free of charge. There are times when I check the web cams and she's lying around so I watch to see if the canine coach makes her move. I would say it's about half and half. If the CC gets her up and moving then I stop watching. If the CC walks by her without getting her up, I have to call the front desk and reming them to inform the CC in Toybox to get Tess moving. I wish this would just be automatic. However, I thing with turnover and new staff that they don't get the word that Tess must be kept moving. It's not like I check in on her all day long...just once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

Your "meet and greet and get acquainted" business plan works very well. Your staff makes both the pets and pet owners comfortable and feeling secure that their pets will be well cared for. I appreciated the tour of the facility and explanation of ethos of your business.

Most importantly, your facility is kept very clean and well maintained. Your staff members are very caring and cuddle the dogs that need personal attention. I am signed up to use your facility and board our dogs. Our dogs look forward to coming to day care.

Dogtopia is the BEST! Our little guy, Bowie, is our fur baby, and when we take him to Dogtopia, we can trust that he is safe, well supervised, and having TONS of fun! He loves coming to daycare/board and that gives us great peace of mind. The staff also goes above and beyond every day, and we appreciate them so much. I really can’t say enough about how awesome this place is!

All the staff have been very friendly and accommodating. They really seem to like and care about our fur son.

We like the ratio of attendants to dogs and that all of the staff remembers us and our dogs and is excited to see them.

I love that you are patient with my two monsters. You are wonderful to help me figure out anxiety issues. I really appreciate the baths! Everyone takes time to learn the personalities of the dogs and knows when they need a break.
