really great instructor (praveena?). wasn't aware the c1 class was slightly heated though, would love some 100% unheated classes, especially yoga sculpt for those who are very sensitive to heat :)
The intensity of the yoga and the repeating pattern of most classes.
Very positive and passionate staff. Good choice of music allows for intensified balanced atmosphere in the room. The instructors are trained to deliver the best possible end to end experience which is the main reason why one would go to an organized yoga class in the first place.
I attended the Yoga sculpt class and the instructor was pretty motivating. The class was designed to be quite intense and I loved the overall experience.
I love the workouts—I sweat like crazy and feel either cleansed or refreshed at the end. Currently a little sore as I’m typing this but grateful for Corepower and feeling good about myself for going! I love that the studios are the perfect size and have a private shower with amenities. The teachers are great too; there’s a wide diversity.

The format suits my needs. Allows me to achieve flexibility, strength, and relaxation throughout my practice. The staff are also very accommodating and kind especially Jackie, who tries to know us by our names.
Great studio, though a little cramped in the hallway, no real changing room. Teacher was fantastic!
