Great work out
I’ve only been once, but I really liked the relaxation time at the end where you got to sit in the dark. I love how it feels like a community in there and everyone is working hard together.
I love Redwood City CorePower Yoga. Each instructor brings their own unique style to their class. Some days can be really challenging but also rewarding. The music is great too.

The Yoga was great. All of the instructors have been friendly and helpful. I definitely need to get used to the heat as that made it very difficult to get through it. Happy that there are a few options without the high heat.

I love the convenient location, the clean facilities and studio spaces, and so far have enjoyed the classes I've signed up for. Alejandra was absolutely amazing for the hot yoga sculpt - she was clear in tone and direction guiding us through the whole class and had an awesome playlist :). As a newbie, I really liked that although we were there to challenge ourselves there was also space for grace and modifications. The intimate setting and dark room along with the comfortably heated but not too hot temp added to the positive feelings taken with me after each class. Thank you!
I like the classes a lot event hough some are still hard for me. I would like the teachers focus more on the students' form.

I had never done Yoga before and was a little hesitant but my experience at CorePower was great and has definitely broadened my fitness horizons.

The Sunday 11am Community Flow yoga class provides the best experience on hot yoga!
Teacher Jessica is always energetic, encouraging, warm and personal. Strongly recommend anyone who wants to do power yoga!

Great workout out, personable instructors, consistent schedule
NJ was such a delight. She was helpful and really good at leading the class and giving options for poses. I would definitely take the class again.
Spacious, clean, great staff
Tiffany was very welcoming and sweet and explained everything well. The locker rooms were clean and I appreciated using the lockers for free and the amenities. The only negative feedback is that the water fountain didn’t work. Thank you for a great workout.
I have done normal yoga 3 times in my life and came to Sculpt yoga with my girlfriend Claudia Douglass. I just want to say how much I enjoyed this class. I never thought I would enjoy a workout and sweat as much as it did and look forward to taking it again. I live in Vancouver Canada so not able to make it very often but I look forward to the next time.
The instructors are awesome! To name two of my favorite: Gillian and Saba! The music they use and their enthusiasm is awesome and they push you to do your best!

I loved how big the space between mats was in the Redwood City studio. I hate crowded studios, but this one was large and spacious. There was natural light coming from the ceiling which added to the ambience. The class itself was nice.
It was very inviting, I enjoyed the encouraging words and the overall support; it was a great way to start my day!
