Love all the instructors for sculpt. They are enthusiastic and very nice. I am glad that more classes have been added esp both sat and Sunday. It’s also nice to have an earlier class in addition to the 6 pm on the weekdays as it gets so crowded.

Instructor (Jessica) was friendly, welcoming, and led a great restorative class. Studio feels clean, up to date, and spacious, and the location is easy to find with plenty of parking.

I love Core Power Yoga studio in San Mateo, have been going to the studio since it opened in 2016.
Most of the teachers are really excellent, friendly, and helpful. I’ve only had one in over 3 years of CorePower yoga who I would never go back to. I like that there are multiple classes in the evenings. The only 2 things I’d change is a complimentary towel would be super nice. And a few more class options on Saturdays would be really wonderful to see. A c2 at 10am would be perfect.

The classes, studio, and teachers. I like that it feels small and personal yet big enough to have some variety of classes.
I would say the only thing i would improve is adding/distributing classes as there is a lot of demand and classes have been really crowded lately.
