Very clean, no locks available and tough parking on Saturday.
It was high intensity exercise. It kept my heart rate up and it helped me sweat profusely. It also helped target my weak muscle areas like Core and Legs. The instructor was friendly and motivational. This facility was neat organized and clean.
As someone who does yoga semi regularly, I found the instruction easy to follow along with the demonstration done by the teacher and the pace and modifications suggested were also helpful. A full workout, without it feeling like one!

Really like the studio layout & the instructors I have taken I really like. The community/class takers also have been great both times I have gone. Everyone is very respectful and considerate of others space and quiet.
