The staff was amazing! They were willing to work with my schedule. My Boston Terrier had a great time. He is generally a homebody and loves his people. He seemed to enjoy the socialization of other dogs. The only thing that wasn’t clear to me was the lack of attention from staff. It’s just impossible for them to give full attention to each dog all day. I was very happy with my experience and would definitely use Dogtopia for day are or boarding in the future.
Love the friendly staff, my dog always smells clean and fresh when I pick her up. It's easy to get her nails trimmed and at a reasonable extra cost. Patsy is always tired when she goes home and I know she was loved and cared for well by staff because she gets so excited in the car when we exit 94 and she can see the Dogtopia building. My only wish is that it could open earlier weekdays.. I work with a lot of healthcare providers who start their shifts by 6 or 6:30 and would love to be able to drop their pet their before work so they haven't checked out Dogtopia because it doesn't work for them. Thankful for my healthcare discount with my purchases. All around a great place to take your furry family member!!
The staff is so kind to my dog!! Even when she is being a nuisance in the room, they are so understanding and patient with her! They treat her like she is their own dog and I love it!!

I enjoy checking-in and watching the dogs on the webcam and knowing they are in a clean/healthy environment. Also, they smelled good when I picked them up, even without a bath, that’s a huge bonus!
My Bernese mountain dog LOVES you guys and Dogtopia, he goes absolutely crazy with excitement when he goes there. The wind chill factor from his tail wagging from uncontrollable excitement says it all!!

Friendly and caring staff
They adore Beau and he comes home very tired and he’s always so excited to go. I ask him ‘daycare?’ And he loses his mind with excitement. They have dog friendly snacks and tons of entertainment for the dogs!
That they are super friendly towards my dogs. And with that they have when they need a bath they do it while they’re at daycare
We call it going to camp and our 3 dogs love it, even the Senior one (almost 15 year old lab)! They are excited to go, and two of our dogs were rescued and hesitant of new places without us at first. And the staff know who our dogs our, even if we don't get them to "camp" for weeks (due to work). We love checking in on them with the video feeds, especially when we go on vacation. We have told all our dog-friends about Dogtopia and how pleased we are with them.
We like the friendly curbside staff. The facility is very lovely and clean and so bright. I especially liked the agility Wednesdays.
