Staff are very good with the dogs, even when the dogs are naughty!

That the staff remembers my dogs names, and greets them, when I walk in the door. I am also happy that my dogs are always tired when I pick them up and that the staff communicates their day (in general) to me when I pick them up.

Everything!! The people who work there, the setup of rooms, how they constantly are watching and walking among the dogs, and the webcam ability. My puppy starts making noises she is so eager when she sees where we are going. Her reaction tells me everything. Love it.

I like the convenience of dropping off and picking up when I want. Staff is very friendly and and engaging to me and my pup. I also like the idea of other services available if I need them like nail trimming and spa treatments. Our pup has only been there twice but he sure likes it.

The entire program seems ran so smoothly. The associates have all been friendly. The play rooms are good size. I love that I can check in on him during the day.

I like the people and the ease of drop off and pick up. I like the weekly subscription service that replaced the passes. I imagine it was created to drive consistency in staffing and revenue, but it was well thought out for the customer at its price point and the tiered rewards like spa credit and free days of boarding. Our dog Bilbo sees Dogtopia as his second home.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable with canine care. They've exceeded our expectations in every way. We feel confident our dog is in good hands when we leave them for boarding, or to spend a day in daycare.

John and the team are so amazing with our huskies. They truly care and go the extra mile, they can be a handful! I know and trust they are in such good hands at Dogtopia Eau Claire. My dogs sometimes listen to the staff better than me! I truly would be amiss with out the great and loving staff!

Quality and attention

The friendly wonderful staff! I always feel like Trigger is in the best care. Everyone so nice to help get Trigger in and out of my car for me. They are fabulous!!! Trigger is a happy spaniel and loves other dogs. I feel feel they are on top of keeping my Trigger happy.! I always talk up Dogtopia!! Totally recommend!!!

Staff very friendly on the phone and in person. Mollie loves coming to you for her bathes! We can't tell her she's going for a bath til it's times to leave.

Facility, service, safety and cleanliness are all great. I wish however that the subscriptions included x amount of total daycare dates to be used whenever instead of the new plan that only offers x amount per week. I’m disappointed in this new charging plan and would probably bring my dog more if I wasn’t locked into a certain amount every week since my weeks vary quite a bit.

My dog loves going to daycare and anytime we need to get in a spa service, we get worked in. I’ve been incredibly happy with the staff and services.

We really appreciate the personal attention given to the dogs. We love the environment and the cleanliness of the facility. The staff is so attentive and loving to our special pets. And we love the special activities that are offered. Our Lily comes home happy and exhausted from a fun day at Dogtopia. When we turn into the parking lot, she starts her “excited” voice and can’t wait to get inside to Dogtopia.

Have only been there for a spa treatment, but everyone was so friendly and they informative. Very clean and my dog looked and smelled wonderful!

The employees working at Dogtopia seemed to really want to be there; everyone was upbeat, friendly and kind to my dog. I do not have experience with other dog daycare facilities, but I was impressed with the cleanliness, the set up of rooms and the detailed explanations of offerings.
