I liked everything from beginning to end. I brought a very fearful 13 year old senior rescue dog to them. Everyone listened patiently as I tried to explain how she might react to a completely new environment. They gave her time to relax. I think at least 6 people came out to meet her when I dropped her off. She got a complete spa, and was done in under 3 hours. They will be the team that will be taking care of her from now on.
The staff is super friendly, my dog is at ease , nail clipping every 6 weeks or so, still wags her tail when done and isn't stressed out at all.
Lobby is clean and smells clean

The staff is so friendly. Our dog comes home happy and tired. We like the variety of activities and the charitable spirit of the business.
The program is well run and your staff seems to enjoy their jobs. Mokie seemed very happy when he got home. I definitely plan on using Dogtopia in the future.

We knew our dog was in a good place after her meet and greet because she didn’t hesitate to go in. The staff are caring. The fun thing is to be able watch what she’s doing. The first time we left her there we were going up north. Our friends couldn’t believe how often we checked to see what she was up to. You will not have worry about anything.

Each employee there and on the phone was extremely kind and knowledgeable. My questions or concerns were well answered and written information given most helpful. The facility is very well maintained and centers on the best care for the doggie guests and their owners. They have a complete understanding of canine needs and it is a very safe and welcoming environment. The schedule is flexible enough to meet our needs and we look forward to a partnership together for the good of our new furry family member.
It’s clean, I love the cameras and wish they were also on a nap time. The staff are kind to the dogs. The spa has a lot of mix ups.
