Given I had scheduled my appt online, I had a very good experience and when a person ahead of me was paying, the attendant checked me in — convenient! Everything was good, but learned the manager expects its stylists to buy their own ice for cold towels. Ownership/Management should sustain their own method to bring cold towels without having the stylists pay out of their own pocket.
Service is great. I love the whole system that is in place.

The online appointment system is the most awesome that I have seen anywhere (once you establish an account). You simply sign up with your preferred stylist, you get your "wait time" online, which is very accurate, and the online "clock" tells you when to come in. Once in the shop, you are served immediately by whom you requested. One may also sign up for text messages to fine tune wait times.

Mara did a great job on my hair. She is very attentive and listens to my feedback as she is cutting. This is the 4th time she has cut my hair.
My biggest complaint is the store is severely understaffed. Mara was the only on cutting hair on Sunday when I was there. I noticed she was already booked through the day. Many families came but left when they saw the wait was nearly 5 hours from online bookings. This resulted in lots of lost business.
I told her that he Manager/Owner really needs to make an effort to hire more people and I hope he pays her well!
I know these day's it is hard to find people. But it has to be better than this. If her Manager/Owner is not careful he will loose Mara due to burnout and be cutting hair himself..
