I love Sports clips, I was disappointed this time though. It still wouldnt keep me from recmmending it for now.
I was never asked what I wanted and Ingot the basic when I wanted the full treatment. During the cut she asked if I wanted a shampoo, and she didnt talk much. By the time she aske I just wanted to be done, so you missed out on additional sales, cuz i wanted shampoo and face towel ect.
After the cut ahe didnt ask if i needed product, obviously didnt read my profile from my past appointments cuz I buy product everytime and I needed some bad, so i stopped and got product somewhere else. I forgot I needed some til I left, but had she asked. I also tipped her half of what I normally tip due to me not getting the face towel ect. she also gave me a high and tight cut when i asked for a fade. Not a bad experience Just not what I generally get from the team there normally. Still She had a great smile, but didnt seem like she was all there that day.

I've been a dedicated Sports Clips customer for several years now. I enjoy the app that will allow me to make a same hour appointment. This allows me to get my hair and beard trimmed at a place and time convenient to my ever changing schedule. They keep records of my preferences so that I don't have to worry about something being misunderstood.
