I was a walk in. I was originally told it would be a 30 min wait, but the time kept flying away. Only had to wait maybe 10-15. My stylist was friendly and gave me good advice. I only asked for a trim so it was quick and she let me know the package I had chosen included a hair wash and warm towel. I was really impressed and my hair looks great.
