Staff are very friendly and professional. I took two of my boys to get haircuts and they both looked terrific! My 17 year old got a mullet and they did a great job! I would totally recommend the hair wash and neck massage treatment as well! Great environment.
Skilled service by knowledgeable professionals who are up to date on all of the latest trends and styles. The warm face towel while being shampooed and then the vibrating shoulder massage all for one low price. Good to know that there are different level packages too! Julia who did my hair gave me exactly what I wanted and was very friendly.
The haircuts are done well and the massages put it over the top. The only thing I wish were done better is the price of all haircuts. My local shop only shows the MVP, ultimate MVP, senior MVP, and Junior prices. They do not list the triple play, varsity or senior varsity cuts which I didn't know existed until my last visit.

the 6 pack MVP can use better lookup on the computer. Always takes ages to find my ticket, them determine how many more cuts I have etc.

The haircuts are "good enough" The stylists have been friendly. The Ultimate MVP package is my favorite as the head massage and face towels are an experience I haven't had elsewhere. Plus, my local Sports Clips is only a few minutes from my house. Most of all, I like that the stylists aren't always pushing some additional hair product that I don't think I need, which has been my experience elsewhere. For the moment I am content to continue patronizing my local store.
