Awesome customer service
Staff was courteous and listen to how I wanted my hair cut
My stylist, Theresita, was fabulous. She asked all the right questions about my needs, and took the time and care to make sure that I was pleased with my haircut.
I will most definitely make sure to arrange for her services on my next visits.
However, one issue totally not related to her.
The Sports Clips app is unwieldy and difficult to use.
I spoke with 4 other customers as I waited my turn, and they all said that
they had difficulty checking in via the app, and quit trying and just walked in.
I waited outside the store and attempted to check in multiple times, but had
to give up and just walk in and sign in at the front counter as well.
The app and supporting software needs a bunch of work, evidently.

Dani really paid attention to detail. She did a great job of delivering the haircut, but also making sure that all areas (sides, top, etc.) were all proportional in length. I was very pleased.
