I always get great service but she absolutely knocked it out of the park. Friendly, attentive, always was worried about my needs payed attention to me and never lost focus. Even trimmed my beard and I never let anyone do that. She was so confident and showed me she had talent.

Your stylists are very good. I got a haircut that looked better than expected. Marcela at the Broadway store knows her craft. Thank you Marcela! I usually wear a bandana because cancer treatments have left me with bald patches. Marcela gave me a great cut that disguised them, and I felt so good l went in public without the head cover. That's huge. The MVP treatments are invigorating and I will recommend those as well.

My Hair Stylist, Mia, was very patient and understanding proffessinal. I felt nervous to try a new kind of hair cut, but Mia made me feel both in control as well as taken care of. Her friendliness and willingness to converse about a multitude of topics also helped me feel at ease and comfortable with my decision to come in that day, making my over all experience that day very satisfying and I'm very likely to come back to get my hair cut from them again!
