Because I was a first time customer I got the whole package which I really didn’t need but it was nice. Kelsey told me about the products that were available but was not too pushy which I appreciate. Sam is a great hair stylist. She took her time cutting my hair. At first it was just a trim. When she was finished, and we took a look at it. I decided to go shorter; she was happy to oblige and relied on her expertise.
We also had a few good laughs.
