What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Please post the pool schedule on your website and on the pool gate. Please put a cover on the pool railing so people can get a better grip. Please fix the bathroom light. Please work on making the pool more handicap accessible. Thanks, Name removed

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Only program available at this time is low impact/cardio, Forever Well, just recently, Cardio Dance. I like the 45 minute segments.

The Y is very conveniently located and has a friendly staff. The present facilities are just right for my conditioning needs.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I, particularly, enjoy participating in the group SilverSneakers programs. For individualized activities, the variety of exercise equipment provides additional opportunities for seniors. The staff are professional, approachable, friendly, encouraging and supportive of the various health fitness needs of all ages. This is a relatively smaller YMCA facility and the attendees seem to embrace and contribute to a more family type of atmosphere.

Tom and his yoga classes was my reason to join the Y. He is a remarkable instructor and his focus on breathing and letting your daily concerns go for 55 minutes is my reason for staying.
