AOA exercise and Silver Sneakers classes are fun and get the body moving.

Day trips allow us to visit places we wouldn't go on our own.

Its a great place for the whole family to do exercises. They have sports for the kids which is a great start to get them in that lifestyle.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I am only available for exercise on a Tuesday or Thursday. I love the instructor. He is very friendly, considerate and a lots of fun. I also enjoy the members that are in the classes. The staff is exceptional, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I feel the love whenever I am there.
