I like the variety of group exercise classes.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to answer questions you may have. The equipment and classes makes you want to make your life better.
My instructors are excellent. Would like to see more Active Adult events. Also would like to see a Barre class added.

I like the various exercise classes. The times and the kind of classes offered work well for me. Additionally, I’ve been using the pool some as well.

I like the classes that are provided. I love the instructors.
Just started with a personal trainer. I really like Adrian; he is very respectful and makes the workout age appropriate. I have a long way to go to get back to a regular routine, but I feel very positive about the experience so far.
My membership lets me use any facility. Classes geared for all different levels of ability.

Best pool in Houston. Wonderful lifeguards, excellent facilities manager, very nice desk people. I always feel welcome at the Y.

The weight room is bright and easy to move around. I love all of the glass that allows the outside to “come in”.
