Excellent, love my barre classes and my Pilates. Jessica is an excellent instructor, Sandy has been there when Jessica has gone out and she is the GREATEST Pilates instructor in the Y!!!!!
Barre classes are good, but I feel Pamela has to plan her class, sometimes it feels like she’s just improvising as she goes along......

I’m in it for the swim opportunities. Have already referred one member and have posted to my team that joining the YMCA is worth the cost for the swim program alone, but offers so much more!

I like the senior exercise classes, i especially like the senior yoga class. I also like the equipment.
Facilities are well maintained and clean. I have been a member for 30 years and have always been happy with the Y.
I like and need the early morning workout sessions, especially the spin classes.
I especially enjoy the water aerobics class at 8:30 Tues, Thurs and Saturday. Love the instructor!!

Love the water classes in the pool.
The balance and fall prevention class with Diane is excellent and very helpful.
The smart start appointment instructed me on the weight machines and I am working out there 3 times a week. The machines are new and kept clean.
The yoga class I was attending was very good as well.
