The instructors are very friendly and the classes are not very full.
We take our special needs son to the Pool ECERY weekend and we feel the lifeguards should be more attentive and more considerate of my sons needs .
The water is therapeutic for him but sadly we feel unwelcome by some lifeguards there !
Location and price is why we use the Shadowbend Y. We use the weight room. Wish it was bigger and updated.

The staff seems very friendly. I have asked for assistance more than once. Doesn't matter who it is, they are always ready to give me assistance on how to adjust a machine.
I love personal training with Kim Cox. I have my granddaughter enrolled in your 3-5 years old group swim session. The number of students allowed per class is far too many for a 30 minute session. Either the sessions should be longer or there should be fewer children in each class.

A variety of classes with great instructors. I also like the extra things for seniors.
The facilities are nice. The staff is super. One question, why is there an exhaust fan in the sauna. I have been in saunas all over the us, asia, Europe, Canada, South America and this is the place I have seen one. It prevents the sauna from reaching temperate and it must drive up the electricity bill

I like the variety & that classes are offered in the morning and late afternoon so I can have schedule changes and still catch a class.
Many machines for exercises. Many classes, especially for older people.
