Hello, I’d really love for Shadowbend center to have Les Mills or cycle classes in the morning like 5 AM or 6 AM please!
The workout areas, the stretching areas, and the pool. Clean functional locker room is also important.

Variety of group exercise classes. But I still wish you wouldn’t have your low impact combo on the same days… wish one class was Monday-Wednesday and the other Tuesday-Thursday instead of both Monday-Wednesday

I like the indoor pool. Have gone to Ashlane YMCA since Shadowbend temporarily closed. I don’t really like swimming laps in the sun and warm water. Also i find the lanes at Shadowbend are more roomy and there are more of them.
I like the old-style gym feel to Shadowbend. Those who want something more modern and trendy can go to Branch. This feels like what I grew up with.
Small, intimate class sizes. Teachers are great.

I like the atmosphere and people at the "Y". They are friendly and I enjoy working out there.
The instructors, their friendliness and competence. I like having 3 balance classes and am going to try and go to all three. Its a comfortable place for me and I always see someone I know. The dressing rooms are clean.
Kim Cox is a great personal trainer. My 3 year old granddaughter is enjoying private swimming lessons with Tiffany.

I’m a super senior but love keeping active. I’ve been coming to the Y for about 14 years. Met great people and wonderful instructors. I have no complaints except we do need more instructors. Sad when a class is canceled because of no teacher.
My favorite classes are yoga, water aerobics, and low impact combo!!!
Please have water aerobics every day....
The programs are varied enough so you don’t get burned out.
I'm a frequent lap swimmer. Shadowbend YMCA's pool is a fantastic benefit of my membership. I also frequently use the exercise equipment.

I have enjoyed the water exercise class for many years and I am still an active participant. We have had wonderful instructors. I am sorry that we do not have an instructor for Wed. & Fri. I hope one will be found soon.
Your instructors are professional and friendly. They care about those who are taking their class. They are very talented and good at what they do. They always come prepared.
