Not Easy
I absolutely love shadow bend and would prefer to work out there than any other facility. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the equipment is clean and the instructors are so cheerful and fun. I love the YMCA.
Love the Forever Well programs and the personal training.

Cardio room has a variety of machines. The Lateral machines are my favorites!
The Shadowbend staff is the BEST! From the check-in area to the cardio room/weight room the staff greets everyone with a smile. If I have questions, the staff answers them efficiently and intelligently. I also enjoy the Body Pump classes. The instructors are so helpful and encouraging.

Being a ‘senior’ myself, I take Silver Sneakers classes. The classes have helped me so much with my balance.
THE MAIN REASON I love the Y are the people in my classes!!! A very supportive group exercise at The Y. The teachers are excellent, too.
You do an outstanding job of running the pickleball open play program! And Andrea is always so cheerful and friendly!
I really love the kids zone for my children. However not having it open between 12pm-3pm makes it really difficult for me and my family to go as often as we would like to.

We think the facility is excellent, meets any requirement that at our ages, 88 and 87, we could possibly need. The staff is very helpful, friendly, everything that we would like to have. What could be better?
I love that the Y has programs to keep all ages active and healthy. My grandchildren have participated in sports. I am currently taking the Be Well classes for seniors.
