Teachers are very good for all the classes I've taken. Lisa Sims Yoga, Jaime's spin class in particular are a joy to me.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love the BodyCombat classes and Night Club Cardio classes. I wish that they were offered at different times though. BodyCombat is never offered at any other time in the mornings at this location except 8:30. I wish one or two days it could be offered at 9:30 so that I could make the class after taking my kids to school. I also wish Night Club cardio would be offered maybe one more dat a week, because it is such a great class.

Excellent instruction and the people that come to the gym are friendly and helpful. The front desk staff is very welcoming greet you with a smile and hello.

I like that no matter what size or age you are, you still feel welcome and there are classes at your level. I love my Line Dancing classes with Instructor Melissa!

I workout at the Branch Crossing YMCA three times a week. I like it because it is clean, friendly staff and plenty of equipment.

I do not participate in activitites, but I love the YMCA. The facilities are amazing, the people and the location. One of my favorite places in The Woodlands.
