What do you like about our programs and activities ?

My wife and I regularly attend the two weekly exercise classes for seniors that are conveniently located near our home. We look forward to the classes that provide an appropriate work-out for our age. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable.

I love the classes: bodycombat, cycle, CSI. I love swimming but what I don’t understand is why you only open your pool in the summer when it could be open in fall and spring perfectly well.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the selection of machines as well as classes offered. The gym is always so clean! I do appreciate seeing workers cleaning while I'm on the treadmill.

Teachers are very good for all the classes I've taken. Lisa Sims Yoga, Jaime's spin class in particular are a joy to me.
