Low impact aerobic classes are fun and a good variety of stretches. Will try additional types of classes hopefully in the future

Great group classes
I was really intimidated to take swim classes as an adult. I knew the basics, but no one ever taught me how to properly swim for exercise. The YMCA has a robust curriculum for swimming skills, and plenty of options for convenient lesson times. My instructor was super knowledgeable and patient. By the end of my lessons, I was a completely different swimmer, and I have been able to incorporate swimming into my regular workout routine. I am so grateful to the YMCA for offering a judgment free and welcoming environment to learn a new skill, regardless of age.
Everything!! It’s especially nice that you let children come with their parents while they exercise!! I love their chapel & also love the option that some ladies have a Bible study after their exercise class!!
