I love the classes! So far body pump and cycling are what I’ve done and the instructors are so helpful in explaining what the class covers and the basics. They’re so friendly! I feel really comfortable.

The classes are fun, the instructors are personable, and it’s just a great atmosphere compared to other gyms. My kids do not dread going into the kids club, and I like all of the activities that can keep them engaged and moving instead of just watching a show while I workout. Uate

Little ninja class is great.

I think the programs are great! The Coordinators listen to us and if we ever have concerns they are extremely approachable. All of the teachers are fun and adaptable to the students in their classes.
