I like the large car of group and small group exercise classes. It keeps my interest up and conditions my entire body.

Very good experience for my kid to develop sportsmanship and camaraderie. Dedicated YMCA staff and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The childcare is amazing! The ladies know my kids by name and I can go and workout knowing they are being taking care of very well! I love the variety of classes, wish there were more more often, but love the classes!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the zumba gold class. I also like the workout room which has lots of windows to look out of. I also like the AOA class and Silver Sneaker Yoga.

Cara’s HEAT made me join small group and I would love to get Battlefit or more early morning small group trainings at KMS
