What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like every workout for seniors and other activities to socialize like bingos and excursions to the YMCA places. I have been doing relationships with other seniors and they make me feel comfortable and friendly.

Great facility, clean, modern, not over crowded which is so important! The size of classes are ideal and the staff is kind and welcoming.

I would like to see additional classes geared to seniors. A little different than the Silver Sneakers program perhaps done before noon.

I love to play pickleball and gave started taking Zumba toning.

Low impact classes

The apt to sign up for classes needs work. Takes too much time, too complicated & too many steps just to sign up. On Sunday you should be able
to sign up for the whole week. The previous app was much better. Many people aren’t signing up on the app. If it is used to determine how many attend a class it is failing. Not a good move by the Y to use this.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I really enjoy this gym, the people the trainers are fantastic and very motivated. The only downside is that there are no classes in Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5/5.15 am yet. Some of us ( we are 5 or more) have been meeting on our own to train at that time, but we would love it if the gym could add a bootcamp class. That would make an already great gym even better.

I like the classes; I would like more pickleball time. And not share the basketball/pickleball court during school break with the kids, they should have a different place.

I love the Y. I have been a member for more than 10 years. Can’t say enough praise for the instructors and the staff. The facility is beautiful and clean. It’s truly my 2 home and family
