You have the best instructors and classes!
This is my favorite facility so far in the Cypress/Katy locations. I like the staff and the facility. I also like the fact that they post inside the gym the records for the highest lifts. However, I would like to see a separate board for females, since the posted records are only men. I would also like to see this board expanded to include other lifting records for other exercises as this would include more members. Thank you

Silver Sneakers / Pickleball
On time and useful classes and excellent equipments.
I enjoy the reception staff especially the older gentleman. I get there early morning (6:00am). Clean environment. Convenient. Haven’t explored the activities yet.
I love the Silver Sneakers class (exercises for seniors).
World Class and Readily Available
I love the facility and the equipment. Unfortunately some members routinely do not follow the "don't rest between sets and/or use your phone while tying up equipment" rule. I've even been told by a member that the "rule" is to NOT ask to use equipment while they are using it for multiple sets w long rests in between. In the case to which I'm referring the member was actually across the room talking with someone but I was told that I "should have seen that his bag was still next to the equipment". On the positive side, many times I've asked a member if I could "jump on and do a quick set" and they have been very gracious, with a "sure, anytime" response. It works well because I'm not using the free weights but rather the weight "machines" which allow very quick/easy changing the weight setting and setting it back. And I only do 1 set at a time on a given machine "circuit style. I realize the guidelines are posted a couple places on the floor but maybe there's some way to give a "reminder" to folks as they arrive. Sorry if this sounds like I'm whining - not the case. I do love the place and this is just a nit that could make it even better. Thanks for listening
Love zumba with Dalilia
So far, have only used locker room, gym and basketball court. I generally use on-line yoga with SilverSneakers and haven't tried YMCA programs or activities.
I attent Yoga classes twice a week and try to make it to the Gym, a couple of times. It is great for my wife Lidia and I. Thank you
The classes are very good. The chairs are too close and limit movements. There are NOT enough bicycles. Some people stay on so long no one else has a chance.
Love playing Pickleball.

In enrolled my sons (ages 7 & 9 years old) into the program. They really enjoyed the classes and have implemented the swim strokes they learned.
The instructors took their time with all the kids and made sure each child received the attention and support needed.

Very friendly staff! Amazing teachers and lessons that help us to be motivated and come to YMCA as much as we can. The place is also extremely well maintained. Although I don't have kids, it feels so good to see those little kids, even babies, receiving such a great care while their parents have some time for themselves (body and mind)! I love the fact that YMCA takes care of everyone by providing more than just a place to exercise. All of this makes me feel very welcome and part of the YMCA family!

I love the spin class with Jeff. However. one of the bikes has been broken since April, Many others need militance. it is a very popular class so I have to register quickly or I may not get in. We need more bikes.
