What do you like about our programs and activities ?

My husband and I use the cardio equipment. We don't take advantage of programs and activities. The classes look interesting and I've considered taking them but haven't done so yet.

I appreciate the attention to cleanliness shown by the YMCA people in the cardio area in the mornings.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I really enjoyed the Tone and cycle classes. However, I have not been able to attend since the schedule was changed for these classes to take place at 5:00 or later.

It is a great Y!!! The employees are the plus for this Y. The facility is spacious and bright with ample space for working out. This is the best Y!!!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Gwen and the other BodyCombat leaders are incredible! I was intimidated to get started after becoming out of shape, but they have only been encouraging and supportive. Since they are so accepting and non-judgmental, it gave me the courage to buy a bathing suit for the first time since 2013!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The number and variety of classes. Although I am disappointed there is no class to learn how to play pickleball. It looks like so much fun and always indoors - I like that. Wish we could have a "senior camp" week to learn new activities.
