I love the fact the the Y offers up-to-date group exercise classes, that encourage participants to maintain healthy habits. And the instructors at the Y are incredible. PLUS, you are a nonprofit that provides resources to the community. I am a charter member, and have maintained my membership since you opened the first Katy YMCA at Cinco Ranch. I love the Y.

Other instructors could use some coaching from Lesli about the use of dance technique, direction to class regarding body placement (point, knee up or out etc) and staying on count.
I love the variety of group exercise classes. I love the instructors of the classes I take. The only thing is that more dumbbell's are needed for classes such as CSI.

Yoga
Excellent upstairs workout area with Cardio and Strength Training equipment that is updated. They should however allow for more Open Gym time in the mornings at least until 9:00 AM before the Pickle Ball Crew comes and takes over...
Great options for people of very different fitness levels. The instructors are especially sensitive to help with options when an exercise is beyond our ability.

The class content and instructors are all very good.
I like that there are two Ymca’s close by my home, so I can go to one or the other. I like the variety of the classes: Pilates, low impact, silver sneakers.

I only use the gym. It is well appointed, well maintained and the environment is pleasant. All the equipment I need is accounted for.

Very dynamic and energetic zumba and Zumba Tone instructors.
Your have a complete facility for anyone's excersize anda strength training needs. I like very much the Things that my grandson can get involved in like basketball and swimming.

Variety of activities and group class for different ages. Day care for kids, clean installations and great instructors as well.
It's an amazing gym. Offers many classes and I love all the space.

A Tai Chi program for the residents of Katy will be fabulous.
I love my classes. There is only one instructor teaching strong core who teaches the exact same class over and over again and it’s boring.
I’m also feeling unwell after body balance with Gwen.
