We LOVE the Wednesday Aqua Zumba class with Margarite. She make exercising fun and her personality is so caring and loving with us seniors.

The SCI-FIT machines for upper and lower body have saved my life. With 3 artificial joints, they have kept me going. Thankyou for those.
So happy you started taking Silver Sneakers again.

From Martha& Ann (front desk), Maria & Tim in (workout zone), and the Lifeguards.
And the leadership team guiding them to excellence, it all combines to make your day better for you.

The senior citizen classes are wonderful!!!! The only suggestion for improvement would be to add a senior citizen line dancing class.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like to work out in a peaceful atmosphere. Don’t like machines being dropped on the floor upstairs. Also, staff needs to instruct patrons on how to use the machines, weight, settings, etc. Personally, I got my back hurt by a trainer upstairs not knowing how to set the weight on a particular machine. Personal trainer prices too expensive!Don’t like all the screaming and yelling from young guys upstairs. Like the new manager much better than Andrew!!
