There is a variety of activities and exercise facilities for seniors. Especially, the morning hours the classes are offered, leave the rest of the day free for errands, etc.
The staff is always working on filling in with new instructors. They listen to us. Thank you.
All the Senior exercise classes and easy access to equipment for a good workout. Many activities going all year long.

My opinions haven't changed from previous surveys. Foster Y is very special in that it "fosters" community across a broad spectrum of ages and other demographics. It is a particularly friendly gym. For the most part, the instructors are very good. The equipment is in good shape (although the storage of it could be much better.... lack of space is in part to blame).
The areas that could use improvement are:
* More studio space. Remodel was good but we need adding on to the building size.
* Keeping class size from going above "capacity" by enforcing registration limits
* Please bring back Les Mills BodyFlow (Body Balance) to this location. Prepandemic is was VERY well attended.

Definitely love all the classes you offer…however really wish there were more water exercise classes or up the number of people that can attend. Have a real problem trying to secure spot online!!! Have discussed this with other members and seems like it difficult for us all.
I like the workout equipment!
While I haven’t been there long and have run into some things would’ve caused me to miss, I can’t wait to get into a more regular pattern because I have just loved it. So far I have taken a Forever strength and Forever stretch classes with John and feel like he is very good. The people there have been so friendly when I’ve had questions, or when we have walked out to our cars together. So a friendly atmosphere is established. I have been very pleased with the people at the front desk as well, and how helpful they have been. It’s a win-win and I can’t wait to take more advantage of being there.
I like that it has something for all ages. But it's not a 10 because the facility is a bit small.

I've only used the gym but this location offers tons of classes and has lots of outdoor space for outdoor sports. Great little facility.

John makes it very enjoyable to be in his class! He jokes with us. He gives us insight and reasoning why we do what we do in our class. He is a encourager. I feel so much better being in his class. Physically and emotionally.
The crazy thing is, when I first joined in January, I thought this is not for me! But after being in there for a while I realize it's the perfect place for me!
