I am enjoying the activities that attend.
Lauren,our swimming instructor, is a great teacher! She works well with her students. My daughter has learned so much in two weeks. I also love Zumba with Autumn. Her class is phenomenal and I look forward to going each week. The yoga instructor is fabulous too. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The other members are welcoming and kind.

The staff! I love my personal trainer Ruben Torche at Trotter Y and yoga instructors Kristen and Donna at Ft Bend Y. Everyone is super friendly at both locations.
Love the classes and child care. The child care workers are so sweet to my boys and my boys love going.

I love the group yoga, piyo and barre classes. Kristin is amazing. Donna is great too.

- Personal Trainer fees are reasonable
- There is even a trial program at a reasobnable cost to chesk out a trainer/facility
- Facilities are not fancy or jazzy, but neat and clean
- All personnel are very courteous
- Atmosphere is not commercial at all

The exercise programs for seniors are outstanding in quality and quantity. I look forward to the 4 or 5 classes I attend each week. We also enjoy the potluck on the 4th Friday.
In addition to the benefits derived from the exercise classes, the social interactions are very good. We have met many people with diverse backgrounds and have made good friends.

Great basket ball program
I enjoy the exercise programs available because of the different exercise activities available and the numerous times they are offered.
Swimming (except when close pool for 'winter') and gym (weight machines, recumbent bike and treadmill. Also I like the early opening at 5:00 a.m., lockers and showers are always clean (and maintained).

I do wish there were some water aerobic classes mid morning and not only very early.
