I enjoy the variety of the activities offered at the YMCA as well as the patience of the instructors. They offered a number of modifications ad well as encouraging words to get you through completion of their class.

As a senior I like the times available for work outs. Smart not to be too early, very doable.
I enjoy the group classes, especially the ones later in the evening, the cleanliness of the facility, the child watch, and personal training.
