What do you like about our programs and activities ?

There are many activities and programs to take advantage of. The weight room has the most modern equipment available, including aerobic equipment. I specifically enjoy weight training and lap swimming.

I have access to a sauna. It is close to my job. You have a lot of workout equipment and an indoor pool.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The YMCA not only helps build healthy bodies and minds for the ones still growing up, it also helps the grownups maintain a healthy regime of workouts including aquatic and sport activities, both, indoors as well as out doors.

Then it has some outings and trips for young kids and seniors too that fosters interest in the local history and culture thus promoting universal brotherhood!
