What do you like about our programs and activities ?

My wife and I are very grateful to have the YMCA in our lives. We enjoy Body Pump, Strong Core, Body Attack, Yoga, and the occasional lane swims. There are many excellent instructors and options. We also appreciate how careful the Y has attended to social distancing, masks, and general cleanliness during this extended pandemic.

I just use the gym, and I really like the staff in that area! They are most helpful, and always smiling and cheerful!!

My husband and I do Les Mills BodyPump and I do Zumba on a regular basis every week. We really appreciate the fact that the YMCA put up the link to the Les Mills exercise videos. We now have a computer hooked up to our large-screen TV monitor in our family room and can do BodyPump using our weights and step equipment. Wish they also put up a Zumba video! I will look for one online.

Encourage activity with fun! Various choices for everyone’s level of participation. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Feeling of home there. Level of variety excellent.
