Great classes and meeting up with friends
I really just use the gym to work on strength training. Occasionally I’ll take a group class. It’s always a pleasurable experience and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
1. The people who work at the Y are fabulous. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
2. If you go at the right hours, there are many machines in the gym to choose from.
3. Although I have not been to any yet, the senior activities are plentiful and diverse.
4. Easy access to adjoining neighborhoods and parking is plentiful.
Please add a standing calf raise machine and another leg extension machine!
Wish more classes could be added for active older adults, such as low impact combo.
There are plenty of silver sneakers classes.
Lots of things to choose from. Facility is clean and staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Silver Sneakers forever well sessions have helped me retain strength and balance. The session leaders are all great!
I swim laps. The pool is always very clean, and the lifeguard staff is excellent.
Just wish they could add another lap lane as it is often overcrowded with just the 3 lanes
I like the classes & programs that are offered. The people and instructors are friendly. The 1 complaint that I have is that it takes FOREVER to get to the class schedules to register for a class. Registering for a class should not be that difficult.
This place is clean, plenty of machine which are well maintained, friendly staff, good program for all ages
I love the Silver Sneakers and Forever Well classes with Caroline and Claudia! They keep an old woman like me going!

There is something for everyone no matter what level you are on. The instructors are friendly and they truly want you to succeed.
Cardio dance, tai chi, zumba
Don't do programs and activities, but I work out in the weight room 5 days a week (or more.)
