Silver sneakers classes are available every day excluding sat/sun.
I have not gone to the programs only to the pool and splash pad. My husband has gone to the gym several times as well. What I can say is the place is well maintained. I never see any miscellaneous items in the pool it’s always clear and the family bathrooms are always clean. The life guards are always helpful, answer any questions I have about the Y and hospitable I always feel welcomed. Our family is happy with our membership
Summertime need to be adjusted for basketball.
You give pickle ball to much time when school is out for holidays
And summertime.
My 9 yr old daughter has played volleyball and done swim at the Ymca. She has loved both activities. Dena and the swim staff did an amazing job with taking my daughter a girl afraid of the water and turning her into a human swimming machine. As for volleyball Chris and his staff and great volunteers did an awesome job with turning my daughter who was delicate like a flower to a girl who is delicate like dynamite. Her confidence is through the roof now.

Nice workout options and great program for all ages. Very friendly and helpful staff. The great atmosphere of Langham Creek YMCA encourages me and my wife to go over there everyday without fail and stay healthy.

I like the variety of programs that you to improve strength the instructors are very knowledgeable

I love the gym at this YMCA. I think all the activities they provide for old and young alike are wonderful. I see the little kids here and they are so excited and happy to be here.
The equipment was new than the other YMCA's we frequent. Also, there was more equipment to use
Clean spacious facility, lots of options in the weight room, easy parking, simple to use lockers and showers that work!

I love instructor guided classes and the instructors are amazing!
The pool is wonderful and the lifeguards really do a great job. They welcome you and wish you a good day when you leave. They take their jobs seriously. Very impressive

I dislike always being told to smile during group fitness classes. I'm not there to perform or slap on a fake smile. I go there after a long day at work to focus on myself and my health. I cannot fathom why it is so important to the instructors that I smile.
I do prefer group classes at the cinco location specifically because I've never been told to smile there, while it is something that happens weekly at Langham. You have no idea what someone is dealing with outside of that one class. Why do I owe them to smile for 60 minutes while I'm sweating and concentrating?
Nothing will come of this. I've completed several surveys for the Y and nothing ever happens or improves. The only time you care is when there is a threat to cancel the membership.
My membership has increased $15 dollars over a relatively short period of time. I'd almost pay more to not be told to smile when I do not want to.
Love the equipment and clientel.
All activities and programs meet the needs of all ages. However, I do wish Silver Sneakers could have a time slot for after hours as some of us are still working or at least I will be soon.
