Deborah is an excellent trainer.
At 78 years of age, I need to try to maintain flexibiliy and strength. The Forever Well program includes balance, aerobics, weights and there's some fun mixed in. During the pandemic, when I could not attend, I started to have issues with my back and shoulders which I'm sure would not have occurred had I been able to continue the programs at the Y.

The machines are very clean, and there’s always someone standing by to clean.
I just like that it is a family gym that I can bring my children to and no have to worry about them seeing women dressing inappropriately. I also like they pool. I like the programs however, with 5 kids they are too expensive for them to attend. So they have never attended any.

I do not participate in your programs or activities. I use the tredmill and do water exercises when I can.

nice thou now have indoor pickleball and that you are re-orienting the out door courts
I attend group exercises and the instructors are top notch! Yoga with Coleen and Haneh, freestyle step with Beth and Nancy, and the occasional pump with Mell and Steve. Great job!

I only use the Wellness Center but love it, well appointed, and never a wait for a machine or weights (even before Covid!)
I am grateful for the wellness center . The machines are plentiful and user friendly. The members are polite and the staff has always got a smile and a warm greeting. I could not imagine going to one of the other types of facilities. Everyone here is relaxed and comfortable.
Everytime I go to work out, I try to incorporate something I haven’t used before. Maybe a machine I haven’t noticed before. It would take a lon time to try everything,as it is so fully equipped. I have noticed the members being so mindful of the cleaning of the machines after they use them. That is comforting.

Current Pool registration is poorly organized. Suggest have members register 2 per lane for the 3 lanes. This works at Bradley for the 6 lanes available for registration. Currently there are only 3 members that can register. The number should be 6. Most swimmers I talk to agree
