Lots of senior classes and activities
I love the child watch ladies here! This is my third week back at the YMCA since I was a child and everything has been going fantastic! Even with the kids having to be dragged along with me they have a place that is perfect and caring kind people watching over them.
I like the new equipment at the workout facility. Youth summer programmes are of great benefit to the local community. Swimming pool is a great attraction during these hot days.
I like the classes and the instructors
I LOVE TaiChi taught by Victoria wells, I recovering from an auto accident and TaiChi is a very soft style martial art but it’s building my strength, balance, and overall body stability. Victoria is very patient and ensures we know exactly what we’re doing and why. Core class with Karen is so awesome because she can put a lot in 30 minutes (wish it could be 45 mins) with a great intensity. Cardio Dance with Makaila is SO ENERGETICALLY intense & fun at the same time. Who wouldn’t want to get in shape dancing?? She’s awesome in the way she walks the class and uplifts her students while they’re participating, very much fun!! These ladies have been such a Blessing to my recovery and I’m elated they’re instructors at the YMCA which is a FANTASTIC organization, take care.

I am impressed with the Lifeguard team you have. They have structured duty positions that are enforced that totally cover all areas of the pool at all times. Families with small children are especially fortunate to have memberships here.
Cindy , gave me a great tour yesterday! I am loving the classes and the instructors! I love all the options the y offers :-) going to hire one of the trainers. Thank you for doing a great job .

The variety. We quit coming and canceled the membership a couple years ago because the big slide was never ever open. I read joined it because my grandson to come and live with me for a couple of months in the summer. We went to the pool Saturday with my 10 year old granddaughter, and she was so very thrilled that they open the slide. She had one of the little boy were the only two to get on the slide, but my granddaughter must’ve gone 50 times before we left. I even think the lifeguard for opening it and he gave me the schedule. Thank you.

I only use the room with the exercise and weight machines. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I really like the locks in the locker room.

I would like if the water slide would be open during the day when the kids are there. I brought my grandson there today and he was very disappointed that he wasn't able to use the slide.

There are a great mixture of programs as well as activities. I really enjoy the Barre and Piyo classes. These classes are great for senior because they focus on flexibility, balance, core strength/toning and less cardiac intense performances.
I would greatly recommend them for senior in your Silver Sneakers programs!

The youth aqueducts director needs an attitude adjustment! She does not talk to people, she shouts at them in rapid fire style , similar to an automatic rifle.
