Good for senior citizens.
I would like if the water slide would be open during the day when the kids are there. I brought my grandson there today and he was very disappointed that he wasn't able to use the slide.

There are a great mixture of programs as well as activities. I really enjoy the Barre and Piyo classes. These classes are great for senior because they focus on flexibility, balance, core strength/toning and less cardiac intense performances.
I would greatly recommend them for senior in your Silver Sneakers programs!

The youth aqueducts director needs an attitude adjustment! She does not talk to people, she shouts at them in rapid fire style , similar to an automatic rifle.
Learning to swim the patience of the instructor the guards and front desk people
Especially like Yoga for senior adults.

I signed up at YMCA mostly for the pickle ball, but also the weight room and I’m stretching classes which I haven’t done yet.
Six nice clean outdoor pickle ball Courts are fantastic! There’s always a court available right now, until the YMCA and some of us players can get better information out so more people will know about them and fill these courts up!

Availability
The classes available for seniors are a blessing. They focus on keeping active with cardio, flexibility, core and muscle strength , all necessary for seniors, as well as being fun to take. The special monthly field trips are a plus. Although as a new member, I have not yet participated in one, I look forward to doing so soon.
Cardio dance, silver sneakers, forever well. i haven't been in the pool for a while, time to get back in.
Safe, convenient, and clean.
Group exercise, instructors are very good, enthusiastic and energetic. Swimming lessons for kids are also excellent. A very nice family atmosphere at the Y.
I love the classes and the welcoming environment. My family and I love the pool and splash pad.
