Excellent and kind staff, great facilities, very clean, tons of program offerings, wonderful and compassionate childcare. Absolutely love it here!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Yoga and zumba classes. The people that work there are so nice. Parking is great. Clean, machines work and many cases in schedule.

Cheerful & motivated instructors. Facility is clean and well-maintained. It feels like a positive and safe environment. I like the Body Pump class and have made some new friends!

You have something for everybody! And it's all in one place.

The only negative aspect is the frequent schedule changes and not good communication.
