Great experience for kids who are being introduced to sports. I saw so much improvement in my 3 and 5 year old in their first season of basketball and they love it!

Everyone is so helpful and warm. I especially enjoy the Forever Well program. Leanne, the organizer, really goes out of her way to offer enjoyable, varied activities. The friends I've made in Forever Well have really had a positive impact on my emotional well- being.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The group exercise classes for seniors are outstanding. The instructors make the class enjoyable and give options for different abilities. The workouts are as challenging as you want to make them.
Group get together are fun, too. The Camp Cullen day trip is something to look forward to.
