All the variety of classes and the virtual classes that go on as a back up when I can't make class times. Also love the weight room- everything is so new and clean! Staff is friendly too.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The facility is clean. The staff is excellent. And with the new opening I discovered they added a new machine, the SCIFIT, which I discovered at a friends gym. It is my all time favorite piece of workout equipment. It’s always so busy that it’s hard to get on. Please add another one. It’s the one where my feet fit are moving up & down while the arms move alternately back & forth. Please consider adding another one. Thanks.

The group leaders are very welcoming and helpful. The Lifeguards are professional and adhere to the highest safety standards. Extremely helpful to handicapped.
