The Trotter Y has many programs for young and adults and older adults.
The place is cleaned and well maintain. The organic garden provide adults/older adults alike to volunteer and maintain the garden for wonderful produce that volunteers can share the produce as well. The garden also maintain friendship among members.
The new program fro older active adults such as, Forever stretch, Restore and Stretch are wonderful programs it is a different than other classes. It is dedicated to Active Older Adults.

I like the fact that I can come dressed in any type of clothes that I desire and lay out on the pool in my Speedos without anyone bothering me.
It is a very friendly to the gay community and although I haven't met Mr Right yet, I'm still waiting to be picked up.
I like group exercise classes the most. I do ForeverWell Combo and Stretch, Sh’Bam, BodyJam, and Zumba. I hope to add more as I get my energy back. All the teachers are wonderful.

The parking garage is a plus during the hot summer weather. The kids love the family pool and swim lessons. The cafe is convenient. Trotter is one of our favorite branches.
Enough equipment so one doesn’t have to wait.

Pre-pandemic senior activities were great plus enjoyed free coffee at the Women’s Center. Love having the cafe for meals. Staff helpful and friendly.
