Body Pump
i like the Y for me and my family...all activities are covered for an individual or for families.
Wish the gym was open until 10 pm again. Would be very helpful to me.
Everything except you have not resumed offering towels! Please do so as before. thanks
Staff are friendly and professional. Do their best to have staff-led classes and like the option of virtual classes.
With the Delta variant cases increasing, would suggest all children and adolescents be masked as they tend to be unvaccinated.
I don't use them, but people seem to enjoy them
Staff is very helpful.
I like the outdoor lap pool very much! Also, for the most part, the lifeguards and and front desk staff are friendly, polite, and helpful.

I have always like the trotter YMCA. It’s the best place to be. Clean, friendly, awesome.
Love it!
As a swimmer, I love the pool, how it is run and kept. Thank you! Good job!
Great instructors who give modifications to accommodate all levels
The Swimming Lessons were very well Organized. The Coaches were very cooperative and patient with the kids
Indoor pickleball
Exercise and personal training.
Past Older Adult Activities lacking personal outreach as well as social skills by participants.
Love classes and teachers are exceptional. Fabulous facility. Love outdoor pool. Have made many new friends at the Y. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Please don’t tear down the facility and rebuild another facility with apartments, etc. I absolutely LOVE the Trotter Family YMCA and go 5 days a week. Lots of friends do, too, and we all would be sad if the facility was torn down and replaced with another facility.
Clean, safe and a lot of good equipment.
The pool, the equipment. The deli.
There needs to be more stretch-out area on the second level. Right now there is none.
The cost, the variety of options!
There’s different things to do and even for kids

Appreciate the day camps/childcare for HISD students. The YMCA programming for kids fills the big gaps in the school schedule plus summer. This is really helpful for working parents. We did have to pull back and find other alternatives this year due to YMCAs increased cost of childcare and no multi-child discounts.
