Facility is gorgeous
Diverse activities for all ages and abilities
They’re varied. Instructors are great and atmosphere is friendly but respectful.
so many varieties and the staff is always nice!
Very good people and a healthy place to swim and work out.
I love your water exercise classes (I come on W, W, Sat), I just wish there were more: ie additional days & earlier or later in the day options. (I work and would prefer to get out of class earlier or have an evening option). Also, I loved the deep water class you used to have.
Price/value. Hours of operation. Equipment.
The family pool is so wonderful for the summer! Thank you for opening it this year.
Virtually everything-it's such a AMAZING community resource.
I love your in person spin classes, your staff is terrific, and I cannot wait til your staff no longer has to wear masks.
I mainly use the weights and stretching equipment. The employees in those areas are great.
The variety of classes & great instructors. Cindy Walker & Paige (water aerobics) are both terrific instructors.
The Trotter Y is clean & the Staff are friendly & helpful.
Varied (something for everyone) classes. Good air conditioning, clean facility, many outstanding instructors, towels, working equipment, good parking, nice restaurant, womans' center, what's not to like?
good teachers for classes, good sign-up system for classes
Very good selection of programs catering to a the YMCA members.
The Post Oak Y is a great facility with outstanding staff who are focused on a superior experience for the members.
Just about everything!
Don't use the programs but love the large workout areas and pools.
I like the cleanliness of the Trotter Y. But The " new" I guess COVID hours of operation are not good. Why close at 4 on the weekends? Why open on s Sunday at noon when the "old" pre covid hours on Sunday started at10AM. Can you refund a portion of my monthly bills since you no longer are open for the time paraments available in the past? Paying the same for much less hours of operation.
Also, small, easily repaired equipment is basically being ignored. Like the two spout water dispenser on the 2nd floor of the men's workout area. I personally was re-filing my water bottle when the little handle came off. I took it to the Y employees and they laughed and said " yeah that comes off all the time". Well, it has been going on for three weeks and it is still not fixed. Only one side works. How much would getting something that small fixed cost? Next, the door to the men's steam room is missing a "bar' for use in exciting the steam room. The glass in the door is going to break sometime and cause an injury. Also, the 'knob' where the now MIA bar was attached is exposed and I going to cut someone. My name is Charles Michael Davis if you wantg to talk to me.
There's a lot to do at Trotter - fitness/wellness floor, classes, racquetball, baseball, etc. etc. etc.
I love the staff and all of the amenities I am super pleased with the YMCA, I can't wait for the renovations to be done so I can check out all the new equipment :)
variety of programs and activities

It's the nicest Y I have used.
